How to Submit a Correction
Email office@thecreativeoneagency.com with the subject line “Correction Request” and include:
- The URL of the article containing the error
- The specific text or information you believe is incorrect
- The correct information and, if possible, a source or reference
Our Process
We review all correction requests within 5 working days. Where a correction is confirmed, we update the article promptly and add a correction note at the bottom of the article indicating what was changed and when. Significant factual errors are corrected immediately upon confirmation.
Transparency
We do not silently delete or alter content to obscure errors. Where changes are made, the nature of the change is noted. We believe our readers deserve to know when we have got something wrong and what we have done to fix it.
