This is the archive of will.i.am’s advertised 3 December 2025 appearance at Privilege, SLS Dubai—not a new December ticket offer. The date has passed. Our earlier article also linked the wrong Platinumlist event and blurred this appearance with a separate Taste of SLS programme. Those distinctions matter more than another promise of an “unforgettable” night.
I would choose a future will.i.am appearance for the artist and the stated performance format, with the rooftop setting as the bonus. I would not pay a headliner premium purely to say I went somewhere high up. A DJ appearance, a full band concert, a pool day and a hotel-wide dining event are different purchases.
What was announced for December 2025?
DubaiNight’s 26 November 2025 announcement identifies will.i.am at Privilege on 3 December. TravelToDubai’s contemporary report adds an advertised 23:00 opening, Bragyptian and DJ Slim, and AED200 advance versus AED300 door admission.
Those are attributed announcement details, not our ticket-purchase record or a review of what happened. We did not retrieve a matching live primary ticket offer for this update. The old prices cannot be used as today’s booking quote, and opening time does not establish the headliner’s actual set time.

The old booking link did not match this event
The Platinumlist URL previously cited as this show’s seller opens a different listing: Will.I.Am and Timbaland at Dubai World Trade Centre, showing 27 September and an ended status. It is not a Privilege booking for 3 December 2025. A familiar artist name is not enough to validate a ticket link.
Nor should this appearance inherit another event’s inclusions. The archived Taste of SLS seller page concerns the separate October programme, with dining and access packages. The hotel’s own October promotion and the seller’s 2024 calendar entry identify that earlier edition. Those packages do not establish what the December admission included.
I would want the actual event name, year, venue and access category to agree before paying. If the seller page and the article disagree on those basics, stop and resolve the mismatch. Buying the wrong dated event is not a minor detail to sort out after checkout.
Why I would still look at the artist—not promise a set list
The Recording Academy’s artist record lists seven Grammy wins and identifies will.i.am’s work with The Black Eyed Peas as well as his solo and production career. That is a concrete musical background, not evidence that he performed a particular song at Privilege.
I would check the exact format of a future bill before deciding. If you want a full Black Eyed Peas concert, a solo name on a nightclub flyer is not sufficient. If you want a club appearance, decide whether that format is what your group actually enjoys. Recognition and suitability are not the same thing.

Privilege’s rooftop: what the record actually says
Guinness records SLS Dubai’s achievement in the category “highest outdoor overflow pool in a building”: 325 metres, on 20 April 2021. The record describes the pools, not the quality of the nightclub or a guarantee of the view from every position.
The hotel’s current Privilege page places the venue on floor 75, at Marasi Drive, Business Bay. I would use Business Bay in the journey plan rather than the old article’s broad Downtown description. Ask for the actual hotel entrance and access instructions; a skyline photograph is not a route map.
I like the idea of the setting as part of a deliberately chosen evening. But a pool record cannot tell me whether I will enjoy the sound, service, crowd or value. Those need evidence from the actual service or performance, not an altitude figure turned into a review score.
Pool, lounge and nightclub are different plans
The operator lists those services separately. It also displays inconsistent pool-closing times in different sections—18:00 in the pool description and 19:00 in the hours panel. Confirm the particular date and product directly rather than treating either as guaranteed.
Do not transfer daytime pool admission ages to a nightclub event. Nor should a night ticket be presumed to include swimming, a sunbed, a table, drinks or hotel dining. I would ask for inclusions and restrictions in the same written reply.
How I would judge a future offer
- The performance: artist, named format, date, doors and any separately announced set time.
- The access: general admission versus table, event area, entry deadline, re-entry, age and identification requirements.
- The group: actual guest count, table capacity and whether every person receives admission.
- The bill: final payable, minimum spend, what is redeemable, and charges outside the package.
- The route home: hotel pickup location, transport options and a realistic personal budget—not a promised taxi fare.
I would start with admission rather than assume a table is essential to enjoy a famous artist. A table earns the extra spend only when its verified position, capacity and inclusions suit the group. “VIP” without those details is not an explanation of value.
For an original example using assumed figures, two AED250 admissions plus AED150 shared return transport total AED650, or AED325 each. A two-person AED1,000 package plus the same transport is AED1,150, or AED575 each, if both admissions are included. That AED250-per-person difference deserves a clear reason. These are not the historic show prices, current Privilege quotes or live transport rates; add any extras outside either option.
The enquiry I would send
Please confirm the exact event name/date and performance format, current final admission or table price, guest count, included access and any redeemable spend. What are the event’s age, ID, clothing, arrival and re-entry conditions? Are pool access, drinks or dining included? Please send the matching dated booking link and confirm the hotel entrance and pickup instructions.

I would choose a future will.i.am night because I wanted that particular performance—not because the venue holds a pool record. The rooftop can make the plan more distinctive. It cannot establish what is included, guarantee the songs or turn an expired announcement into a current recommendation. Get the music format and the booking right first.
