1. Nobu One Za’abeel
Nobu One Za’abeel is at Level 24 of The Link, separate from Nobu at Atlantis, The Palm and Nobu by the Beach. Choose it for a Japanese-Peruvian dinner in that skyline setting. Amaru is the Latin American choice at Souk Madinat Jumeirah, with ceviches, raw plates and open-fire dishes intended for sharing. The operator confirms spirit-free cocktails and a music programme that changes through the evening. Choose it when dinner and a later bar plan belong in one venue. Arrange the kitchen’s last order for your date: a listing showing a 3am bar close does not promise dinner at 2am. 3. Barrafina
Barrafina’s Dubai opening was announced for 26 January 2026. The London original began on Frith Street in 2007. The Dubai venue is at Gate Village 1, DIFC, with walk-ins at the tapas counter and reservations for the main dining room. That distinction decides the outing: choose the counter when flexibility suits you, or reserve the main room for a fixed-time party. Our preference is to order tapas in rounds, then add another plate if the group is still hungry. The format gives you control over quantity.

4. Sa’Cha by Pang
Sa’Cha by Pang is listed by Address Creek Harbour as its Latin-Asian restaurant, with an official reservation option. Choose it when the hotel location and that menu direction suit the evening. A slogan about fusion is less useful than choosing the dishes the table wants, so compare the current menu and actual booking window. Our recommendation is to arrange a confirmed dinner rather than assume every hotel outlet serves through the full afternoon. 5. L’Avenue Dubai
L’Avenue is on Dubai Mall’s Second Floor, Fashion Avenue, with 10am–1am opening and last order at 11:45pm. Its menu lists Château Filet at AED 295 and thin fries at AED 38; that pair totals AED 333 before drinks or another dish. Choose it for a French-menu meal during a Downtown outing. The booking page says tables are held for fifteen minutes after the reserved time. Ask whether the fountain-facing request is confirmed rather than assume every table shares the view in a photograph.

7. Scott’s — announced, opening unconfirmed
Scott’s has been announced for DIFC, but a current Dubai opening and live Dubai booking are not established here. Keep it on the watchlist rather than arrange dinner around it. A London seafood menu does not establish what the Dubai restaurant will charge or serve. The useful next milestone is an operator-confirmed Dubai address, opening date and reservation page. Until then, choose one of the operating restaurants in this guide for a fixed-time outing. An announced arrival belongs in a different category from a venue taking dinner bookings.

8. Bait Al Ahlam
Bait Al Ahlam is on Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah 3. Its current business page describes international cuisine, Persian-inspired design and private dining, rather than an exclusively Persian menu. The operator lists the Sultan Room for up to twelve, Amiran for up to sixteen and Shahneshin for up to twenty-four guests. Choose it when a private hosted meal is the priority, then arrange the exact room, menu and minimum spend. Yesterday is the listening pizzeria at Avenue Mall, Nad Al Sheba, reported in its soft-opening stage in spring 2026. Choose it for pizza and a vinyl-led music concept rather than a formal tasting dinner. Current directory hours differ from the older 4pm start, so use the venue’s current social account or contact before an early trip. The menu’s focused pizza format is the reason we would shortlist it for a less formal evening. Arrange the actual table and order rather than assume a small room gives guaranteed seating.

10. Siena
Siena’s DIFC restaurant is at Gate Village, Building 7, with +971 4 570 9391 for contact and a current à la carte menu on its own site. Choose it for an Italian meal in that part of DIFC. Keep this venue separate from another restaurant named Siena in Dubai Marina: the address and operator decide which menu and reservation apply. 11. Sutēki
Sutēki is on the First Floor of Bay Marina, Dubai Harbour, next to Iris. Its Wagyu-focused format is the clear reason to choose it. The operator lists Wednesday–Sunday, 6pm–midnight dining, with the bar open until 3am. It specifies smart elegant, no shorts for gentlemen, and families with children above fourteen only at the first seating until 9pm. That makes it a poor fit for a mixed-age family outing. Valet is listed at AED 40 for three hours, then AED 10 per additional hour.

12. Ramen Hisa
Ramen Hisa is at Dubai Opera Plaza, Unit 6, with operator-listed noon–11pm daily and +971 4 243 4951 for contact. Executive chef Hisao Ueda’s menu includes ramen and other Japanese dishes, and uses both house-made noodles and selected egg noodles according to the bowl. Choose it for a menu-led meal near an Opera visit; reserve the slot that leaves enough time before the show. Its presence at the Plaza does not mean Dubai Opera manages the restaurant. The operator provides its own booking route.

Le Piaf is the French piano-bar option at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. Its current schedule includes Monday as well as Wednesday–Saturday, 8pm–2am. The linked booking policy publishes a AED 500-per-person minimum spend with a two-hour table arrangement; confirm the applicable reservation terms. Two guests at that stated minimum mean AED 1,000, rather than an invented ordinary dinner estimate. Arrange the booking you want before adding a second venue to the evening.

14. Nazaara
Nazaara is on the 16th Floor of Emirates Financial Tower, DIFC, with chef Pradeep Khullar leading its contemporary Indian menu. The operator lists noon–11:30pm daily and smart casual to smart elegant, with local attire welcome. Choose it when an Indian menu and a Burj Khalifa-facing setting suit the group. Ask which seat your booking covers before treating the view as guaranteed. A dessert’s appearance in promotional coverage is not evidence that every diner orders it; choose the actual dishes that fit the meal.

15. TANSŌ
TANSŌ is the contemporary Japanese restaurant at Villa 32, 168 Jumeira Street, Jumeirah 1, reported open from 7 May 2026. Its launch described an alcohol-free programme and a seasonal Daichi Volume 01 menu; that first volume is opening context, rather than proof of the current October sequence. Choose it for the restaurant’s current menu. ŌKI by Tansō is a separate delivery expression, whose own description says it does not replicate the full restaurant menu.
