For Dubai rooftop happy hours, Above Eleven gets my first menu comparison when I want a drink with a sushi bite; CÉ LA VI is the Downtown alternative. Then I check the day. Their published offer windows overlap, but the eligible days are different. I’d rather choose the offer I can use than arrive at a spectacular view with yesterday’s promotion in mind.
My choice
My price-led starting point is the actual included order, not the smallest number on a poster. A drink with one bite is not a sushi platter, and ATTIKO’s separately priced bites do not become free beside a drink. Pick the part of town and menu you want, then use the comparison below to price it properly.
For the setting first, use our rooftop settings and access rules. For a shorter after-work route within the district, compare DIFC bars and after-work alternatives instead of crossing town for a small drinks discount.
Confirmed rooftop happy hour
Above Eleven, Palm Jumeirah
Above Eleven currently lists Sundowners at 11 daily, 5pm–8pm. Selected house beverages and cocktails with a sushi bite are AED 45; the 18-piece sushi platter is AED 180. The venue is at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, overlooking Palm West Beach. Check the live offer page when booking, since promotions can change.
Other rooftops to consider
CÉ LA VI, Downtown Dubai
CÉ LA VI is on Level 54 of Address Sky View. Its Sky High Aperitivo offer runs Monday–Friday, 5–8pm, with cocktails at AED 50 and Champagne at AED 90. Two listed cocktails total AED 100; two Champagne drinks total AED 180 before food or additional charges. We would choose it for a Downtown rooftop stop when that location fits the evening.
S Bar, Business Bay
S Bar at SLS Dubai is a 71st-floor option for a skyline drink. Keep it in the view-led comparison, and use the current drinks menu for the bill. Our price-led shortlist starts with the published offers above rather than assigning S Bar a promotional rate that its current page does not list.
ATTIKO, Dubai Marina
ATTIKO at W Dubai Mina Seyahi lists Choi Nomi drinks at AED 50 and bites at AED 40 in its weekly programme. They are separate prices: one drink and one bite total AED 90 before any extra charges. Establish the offer’s current days and hours when reserving; the text page does not give that window. Choose it for the Mina Seyahi location rather than assuming it shares another rooftop’s schedule.
Before you book
Ask the venue which drinks are included, whether the offer applies on your chosen day, whether a table minimum applies, and whether terrace seating is available. Hilton currently marks Pure Sky Lounge temporarily closed, so it is not a current happy-hour option.

These are listed-order subtotals before any further charges, not identical meals or guarantees of terrace seating. I would not cross Dubai merely to save AED10 on two drinks. Choose the district first; choose Above Eleven when the included bite appeals, CÉ LA VI when Downtown fits, and ATTIKO when you actually want its separate food order. Saturday or Sunday rules out the listed CÉ LA VI weekday offer, not the venue itself.
Choosing the offer
Above Eleven’s selected AED 45 beverage with a sushi bite is a smaller order than its separate AED 180, 18-piece sushi platter. Two selected beverages total AED 90; adding the platter brings that arithmetic to AED 270 before extras. Compare what you intend to order rather than ranking offers by the lowest number alone. A restaurant booking and a request for a particular terrace table still need their own confirmation.
