Jara by Martín Berasategui is the Basque-inspired restaurant at The Lana in Business Bay. The hotel describes seafood and charcoal-grilled steaks prepared in an open kitchen, with skyline views and a separate Jara Bar. That gives it a clear food-and-setting proposition for a future occasion meal. The immediate decision is simpler: the official page says temporarily closed, so keep it off a current dinner booking until the hotel changes that status.
