Freddy is my pick from the 2024 Crocs Horror Pack. The red-and-green stripes make sense before you read a single charm, and the blade-glove detail adds exactly the right amount of ridiculousness. Jason has the strongest black-and-cream contrast; Pennywise is the gloriously over-the-top option. These are shoes for enjoying the joke, not pretending a novelty clog is a subtle wardrobe staple.
The three All-Terrain designs launched around Friday, 13 September 2024. That is the release being discussed here, not a new 2026 countdown. If you are shopping from the UAE now, the useful questions are which model is offered, whether its themed accessories are complete, and what the actual seller charges to deliver it.

For me, Freddy wins on pattern rather than collectability. Jason would be my second choice with black trousers and a plain top. I would choose Pennywise for a deliberately playful outfit, not pay extra because somebody calls it an investment. Those are design judgments from the photographs, not a comfort, traction or wear test.
Freddy Krueger: the stripes do the work
The Nightmare on Elm Street pair uses the red-and-green sweater reference across the upper and heel strap. The photos show the hat, street-sign and slogan details, while the top view gives the blade-glove charm its own moment. I like that the design still reads as Freddy from the side; it does not depend on someone inspecting every accessory.
I would wear these with an otherwise quiet outfit rather than add more horror graphics. The fabric-like printed texture is part of the pictured effect; it is not evidence that the upper is made from Freddy’s sweater material. Nor does a decorative blade motif say anything about the shoe’s performance.
Jason Voorhees: my choice for sharper contrast
The Friday the 13th design mixes a dark upper, cream splashes and red accents, with the mask and machete references making the film connection explicit. The top-view photograph also shows different printed footbeds: the title on one shoe and the character on the other.
I prefer the contrast here to an all-red treatment. The cream keeps the dark upper from becoming a solid block, and the small red strap fittings carry the accent round the side. On a used pair, I would ask for close-ups that distinguish the printed splatter from real stains, scuffs or damage. The horror effect should not become an excuse for vague condition photos.
Pennywise: the least restrained, and proudly so
The IT design is red and white, not simply an all-red clog. The raised balloon, boat and character references, red pom-pom and dripping graphics make it the busiest of the three. I love the absurdity of the balloon sticking up from a casual shoe. I would not choose it if I wanted something visually discreet.
The side and top views are useful for different reasons: one shows the projecting balloon and pom-pom, while the other lets you compare the footbed prints and charm arrangement. If a listing promises a complete pair, ask the seller to identify exactly which accessories are included. A collection nickname is not an inventory list.
The release record: Friday the 13th in 2024
A Crocs US launch email archived by Milled on 13 September 2024 names IT, A Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th, and links each individual All Terrain product. Sole Retriever’s contemporary release report gives the same release date and a US retail price of $75 per pair.
The date suits the theme beautifully. It does not mean the collection is about to launch again whenever another Friday the 13th comes around. I would treat old release-day urgency as history, not a reason to rush a purchase today.

On 21 October 2026, Crocs’ US pages for Friday the 13th, A Nightmare on Elm Street and IT each displayed sold out. That is a dated observation of those US pages, not proof that no retailer anywhere has a pair. The historical dollar price is not a current AED offer or an all-in import total.
Buying from the UAE: the pair matters more than the countdown
I would begin with the Crocs UAE storefront or a seller willing to document the exact item. A general Crocs listing does not establish stock of this particular 2024 collection, and I have not confirmed current Horror Pack sizes at Namshi, noon or Sun & Sand Sports. - Ask for the exact model reference, size scale and photographs of both actual shoes.
- Compare included charms and decorations with the seller’s written description; record anything missing.
- Check straps, attachment points, footbeds and outsoles, not only the most flattering upper photograph.
- Compare the total in AED, including shipping, payment and any applicable import charges, rather than convert the old $75 headline alone.
- Get the seller’s return, authenticity-dispute and damaged-delivery terms before paying.
Return terms need particular care with an imported collaboration. Crocs’ US FAQ excludes collaboration or special-event products from ordinary online and in-store returns unless covered by its warranty. My verdict: choose the character you actually want to wear
I would buy Freddy for the striped upper, Jason for the contrast, and Pennywise for the sheer fun of the balloon and pom-pom. I would leave a costly incomplete pair behind if the missing details were the reason I wanted it. These designs are entertaining enough without a guaranteed sell-out, comfort promise or resale story bolted on.
One practical UAE point matters after the purchase: Crocs warns against leaving its shoes in extreme heat or hot cars, because they can shrink or warp. That is maker guidance, not a heat test of this collection. I would take them indoors after the outing rather than use the car as shoe storage.
