Good to know
Al Aqah sits on Fujairah’s Indian Ocean coast, about 45 minutes north of Fujairah City and roughly 90 minutes from Dubai via the Masafi road. It’s best known for Snoopy Island, a rocky outcrop sheltering some of the UAE’s most accessible snorkelling and diving, with turtles and reef fish just off the sand. The beachfront is anchored by resorts such as Le Méridien Al Aqah and The Address Fujairah, so most visitors treat Al Aqah as a weekend dive-and-relax escape rather than a night-out destination.
