Nammos Dubai currently charges AED300 per person for beach access, fully redeemable on food and drinks consumed on the beach. There is no separate rental fee, but the beach booking does not include a restaurant table and its credit cannot be moved to the restaurant. Book the two experiences separately if you want both.
Nammos sits inside Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach in Jumeirah 2. The beach opens from 11am until sunset; the restaurant is listed from 12.30pm to 2am and the lounge from 11am to 2am. The official reservations number is +971 58 121 0000.
This independent guide uses the venue’s current booking page, Nammos, Four Seasons and Visit Dubai—not copied price lists or invented reviews. Details were checked on 29 July 2026 and can change for events, holidays and seasonal offers.

How the AED300 beach access works
The official Nammos Dubai booking page describes beach access as AED300 per guest and fully redeemable against food and beverages. In practical terms, the AED300 is spending credit rather than an additional bed-rental fee.
There are two important boundaries:
- The credit is valid exclusively on the beach. It cannot be used in the restaurant.
- A beach reservation does not include a restaurant table. Lunch or dinner must be booked separately.
Children aged 10 and under receive a 50% saving on the beach-access rate according to the same booking page. That discount does not answer every family question: confirm bed allocation, supervision, menu credit and any event-specific age rule directly before taking children.
Rates can be replaced by a special-event package. Open the offer for the exact date and read its inclusions before entering card details; an older Instagram post or third-party article may show a rate that is no longer bookable.
Beach booking versus restaurant booking
| Experience | What the booking covers | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Beach access | Beach entry and redeemable beach F&B credit under the current offer | Number and type of loungers, arrival window, towel/umbrella provision and weather policy |
| Restaurant | A dining reservation in the restaurant | Table location, time limit, card guarantee, cancellation charge and dress code |
| Lounge | Lounge reservation or access where offered | Minimum spend, age rule, entertainment and whether restaurant access is included |
| Special event | Only the package described for that date | Prepayment, menu, drinks, floor plan, arrival time, cancellation and age policy |
If your plan is “sunbed, late lunch, then stay for the evening”, send that exact sequence to reservations. Do not assume one booking follows you between the beach, restaurant and lounge.
How expensive is the restaurant?
Visit Dubai currently estimates the average meal at around AED400–500 per person. Treat that as a planning figure, not a fixed set menu. Seafood sold by weight, premium cuts, wine and Champagne can move the bill significantly; a lighter lunch without alcohol can land differently.
Nammos’ own current menu page describes Mediterranean and Greek classics with international influences but does not expose a complete price list in its readable page text. That makes any article quoting a long list of exact dish prices vulnerable to being wrong. Ask for the current menu or open it through the official booking path on the day you reserve.
A better way to set the budget
- Choose beach, restaurant or both.
- Confirm whether any minimum spend applies to the selected table or date.
- Request current food and beverage menus, including by-weight seafood pricing.
- Ask whether all taxes and service charges are included in the displayed prices.
- Set an all-in group ceiling and nominate who may approve additional bottles or dishes.
For two people, Visit Dubai’s average suggests allowing roughly AED800–1,000 for the meal before assuming premium drinks or market-priced items. It is a budget illustration, not an editorial promise of the final bill.
What is on the Nammos Dubai menu?
The venue describes the cooking as Mediterranean with Greek foundations and international touches, designed for sharing. Four Seasons identifies aubergine mille-feuille—roasted aubergine layered with feta and Mediterranean flavours—as a Nammos Dubai signature.
That is the extent of what this guide can responsibly recommend without conducting a disclosed tasting against the current menu. The previous version’s claims about seafood “flown in fresh daily”, a particular executive-chef philosophy and a representative quote were not supported by attributable sources and have been removed.
Nammos Dubai dress code
The current restaurant booking page states a casual chic dress code. Its detailed wording says:
- Sportswear is not permitted.
- Open-toed shoes and flip-flops are not permitted for gentlemen.
- Tailored shorts are welcome for gentlemen.
- Ladies are asked to wear elegant, appropriate attire.
- Sheer or overly revealing outfits are not permitted.
Beachwear belongs on the beach. If moving to the restaurant, bring dry clothing and footwear that meets the restaurant policy. A beach reservation or high spend does not override the door team’s dress decision.
How to book Nammos Dubai safely
- Start from the official Nammos Dubai website and follow its booking link to SevenRooms.
- Select the correct experience: beach or dining.
- Read the rate and cancellation policy displayed for the exact date.
- Save the confirmation, booking reference and any card-guarantee terms.
- If booking both beach and restaurant, make sure the team confirms both references.
Direct contact details published by Nammos are:
- Phone/WhatsApp: +971 58 121 0000
- Restaurant and beach reservations: reservations@nammos.ae
- Private events: events@nammos.ae
A genuine booking flow may require card details. Confirm that the page is the official Nammos Dubai SevenRooms experience before entering them, and never pay an unrelated personal account because an unverified social-media profile claims the venue is full.
Cancellation and no-show terms
Cancellation terms are experience-specific. For example, a current Nammos event page requires card details and states that cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show incurs AED250 per person. A separate New Year event used full prepayment and a ten-day cancellation window.
Those examples prove why a universal “Nammos cancellation policy” would be misleading. The rule attached to your chosen date and experience is the one that matters. Screenshot it when booking and contact reservations before the deadline if plans change.
Where Nammos is and how to arrive
Nammos is in Restaurant Village at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah 2—not on Palm Jumeirah or JBR. Four Seasons describes the arrival as a buggy transfer through the resort’s Nammos entrance.
Allow time for the resort entrance and transfer rather than arriving at the reservation minute. Ask Nammos to confirm the current valet or parking procedure; do not assume an event’s complimentary-valet offer applies on an ordinary day. For a taxi, use the full venue name and Four Seasons Jumeirah Beach location.
When should you go?
| Priority | Plan | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| Quietest beach time | Book the 11am opening period | Less late-afternoon energy; summer heat is a factor. |
| Lunch and beach | Beach first, separate restaurant reservation from 12.30pm | The AED300 beach credit cannot be spent in the restaurant. |
| Sunset atmosphere | Arrive early enough to use the beach credit before sunset | High-demand dates need earlier booking. |
| Evening dining | Book the restaurant and follow casual-chic dress | This is not a sunbed booking. |
| Headline event | Use the event-specific page and floor plan | Rates, age rules and cancellation can be completely different. |
Is Nammos Dubai worth it?
Nammos makes sense for someone deliberately choosing a high-spend Mediterranean restaurant and beach-club atmosphere at a luxury resort. It is poor value for a guest expecting AED300 to cover both a sunbed and a restaurant meal, or someone who wants a low-key public-beach day.
The decision is easier when the costs are separated: AED300 in beach-only credit, plus any restaurant bill booked independently. Compare that structure with our guides to Dubai’s pool bars and Dubai fine dining before reserving.
